Danielle Rosati is a seasoned movement practitioner whose classes are rooted in alignment, technique and the foundations of a long-term longevity practice. Katonah Yoga blends sacred geometry and Taoism into something that is part yoga class, part philosophy. Intellectually rich, prop-heavy and built on the idea that the body is a map you can learn to read.
