Join us for a guided 75-minute flow of sauna, cold plunge and breathwork, led by Aufguss masters in a space designed around recovery and connection. Please wear a bathing suit.

The Altar is a new health club that combines recovery modalities and communal bathhouse, within the context of considered design and a focus on social gathering.

What to Expect:

8:00 PM | Early arrivals for discounted services (see below)
8:15 PM | Doors open for all guests
8:30-9:45 PM | 75-minutes of guided sauna, cold plunge and community, led by our Aufguss masters
9:45-10 PM | Closing and wind down
