Join us at Primal Moves Venice for an evening of movement, stillness and community. We will open with a grounding moment before moving through a Primal Moves class, then close with live music during Savasana—a true sanctuary to settle into before the week begins.

Sauna and cold plunge will be available throughout the evening, along with a grazing table and café offerings. More details to come on programming, food and special guests.

5:00 PM - Doors open

6:15 PM - Wind down as live music begins
6:30 PM - Sauna, cold plunge and open connection to close
