Event Participation, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability and Media Consent

Participation in any event, program, retreat, gathering, experience, activity, excursion, workshop, meeting, or service (collectively, "Events") offered, hosted, organized, sponsored, facilitated, recommended, or otherwise made available by Summit Series LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Company") is voluntary and subject to the terms of this Section. By registering for, attending, participating in, accessing, or otherwise engaging with any Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Eligibility and Fitness to Participate

You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically, mentally, and otherwise capable of safely participating in any Event. You represent and warrant that you are in appropriate condition to participate and that you will discontinue participation immediately if you believe any activity or condition presents an unreasonable risk to your health, safety, or well-being. You agree to comply with all safety rules, instructions, policies, and directions provided by the Company, Event organizers, venue operators, guides, instructors, vendors, contractors, or other authorized representatives. The Company reserves the right to remove or exclude any participant from an Event, without refund, for failure to comply with such requirements.

2. Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that participation in Events may involve inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, permanent disability, emotional distress, property damage, economic loss, or death. Such risks may arise from your own actions or omissions, the actions or omissions of other participants or third parties, environmental or venue conditions, travel, recreational activities, equipment, transportation, weather, or the negligence of the Company or other released parties.

You knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly assume all risks associated with your participation in any Event, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, and accept full responsibility for any resulting injury, loss, damage, cost, or expense.

You further acknowledge that the Company does not provide medical, health, travel, disability, accident, or property insurance coverage for participants and that you are solely responsible for obtaining any insurance coverage you deem appropriate.

3. Emergency Medical Care Authorization

You authorize the Company, its employees, contractors, agents, venue operators, and emergency responders to secure or obtain emergency medical care, transportation, evacuation, hospitalization, or other medical treatment on your behalf if you are injured, become ill, or are otherwise unable to provide consent. You understand and agree that the Company assumes no duty to provide medical care and makes no representation regarding the availability or quality of medical services. You further agree that all costs associated with medical treatment, transportation, evacuation, hospitalization, or related services shall be your sole responsibility.

4. Release and Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby irrevocably release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, vendors, venue owners and operators, licensors, successors, assigns, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or obligations of any kind arising out of or relating to your participation in or attendance at any Event, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of any Released Party.

This release applies to claims for personal injury, illness, disability, death, property damage, economic loss, emotional distress, and any other losses or damages arising from or relating to any Event.

5. Responsibility for Property Damage and Costs

You agree to be responsible for any loss of, damage to, or destruction of property owned, leased, managed, or provided by the Company or its partners that results from your actions or omissions. You further agree to reimburse the Company for any costs incurred on your behalf, including emergency response, medical, repair, replacement, or remediation expenses for which you are responsible.

6. Photo, Video, and Media Release

By attending or participating in an Event, you grant the Company and its designees an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to photograph, film, record, capture, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, transmit, and otherwise use your name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and appearance in any media now known or later developed, including websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, promotional content, publications, advertising campaigns, broadcasts, and other commercial or non-commercial purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• No compensation, royalty, or other payment will be owed to you for such uses;
• Company is under no obligation to use any such materials;
• Company may edit, modify, adapt, combine, or otherwise alter materials in its sole discretion;
• All rights, title, and interest in such materials shall belong exclusively to the Company; and
• This consent is irrevocable and survives the conclusion of the Event.

You waive any right to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for any use of such materials and release the Company from any claims relating to rights of publicity, privacy, defamation, false endorsement, or similar causes of action arising from the authorized use of such materials.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to your participation in any Event, your violation of these Terms, your misconduct, or your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation contained herein.

8. Minors

If you register or participate on behalf of a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of such minor and have full authority to agree to these Terms on the minor's behalf. You agree that all releases, waivers, assumptions of risk, indemnities, and consents contained herein apply equally to such minor participant.

9. Governing Law and Severability

This Section and all claims arising out of or relating to any Event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of this Section is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

BY REGISTERING FOR, ACCESSING, ATTENDING, OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS SECTION, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY IT.
