Summit Miami Dinner

Summit is pleased to invite you to an evening of connection at W South Beach, an iconic oasis in the heart of Miami, in collaboration with Sustainable Supperclub.

Join your local Summit Miami community on Wednesday, January 15th for a three-course dinner, crafted by RWSB Executive Chef Vincenzo Scarmiglia, featuring a dynamic menu with sustainably sourced ingredients from our friends at Hungry Harvest.

A complimentary welcome drink from Simple Vodka, along with beer and wine throughout the evening, will be provided.

About our Collaborators:

Sustainable Supperclub is community-focused organization producing vegetable forward, sustainably curated, pop-up dining events whose purpose is to raise awareness and discuss ways to eliminate food waste and on the importance of doing so. Sustainable Supperclub also works with a variety of partners in order to keep the conversation about sustainability going, while growing the sense of community found at each dinner, and supporting non-profits in line with its beliefs and mission.

Hungry Harvest is a farm to doorstep produce delivery service on a mission to end food waste & hunger. Every delivery rescues at least 10 lbs of fruits & veggies that would have been otherwise wasted.
