By participating in complimentary photography services at this event, you acknowledge that photos are provided "as is," with no guarantees regarding quality, editing, quantity, suitability, or delivery timing.

You release Summit and the photographer from any claims related to the photographs, including use of your likeness, dissatisfaction with the images, or delays in delivery.

Summit will attempt to deliver (via email) your photographs to you within one (1) week of the event. Any delivery timelines shared by Summit are estimates only.

If you share event photographs publicly, you agree to credit the photographer in a reasonable and customary manner. Credit details will be provided upon delivery of your photographs.

You grant Summit a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute any photographs or recordings of you taken at the event for promotional and business purposes, without further approval or compensation, and waive any right to inspect or approve such use. Summit retains ownership of all such content.

OPT OUT CLAUSE

Participation in the photography services are not required to attend the event. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed will be accommodated.
