Creating a stable, productive and self-sufficient Puerto Rico.

The problem

After Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017, ConPRmetidos had the opportunity to get in contact with Puerto Rican communities to identify their needs. They discovered that many nonprofits in Puerto Rico were lacking effective organizational structures or did not have the capacity to effectively execute programs.

Our Approach

ConPRmetidos designed the Collaborative Impact Grant model (CIG) to help their partner nonprofits execute their programs, strengthen and scale their work, increase their influence and achieve a greater impact. Through CIGs, ConPRmetidos finances programs that tackle socio-economic challenges in Puerto Rico and assigns partnering organizations a consulting resource.
