Summit is searching for a brilliant digital storyteller with a passion for weaving content and community. This magical human must be a wise wordsmith and a clever, bold creative, and must have a knack for organization and a keen attention to detail. This person will work across many businesses directly with the Global Director and Chief Executive Officer.
The digital storyteller is responsible for management and development of activity on core social media channels with the aim of driving engagement, building audience and increasing web traffic
Research, brainstorm and ideate digital content and how content is best learned and consumed by different audiences and communities
Support in the creation, planning and execution of digital content delivery across the organization
Keep up to date on digital delivery and learning tools in the market
Work as part of the marketing team to maintain a strong awareness of digital trends and be able to present and share them
Support in maintaining a strong, integrated digital presence for Summit as an ‘always on’ business with pulse points of communication around key business cycles based on product news, new programs, events, ventures and ongoing programming
Work closely across the internal teams to bring in new approach to content marketing
Provide other support as needed
Write compelling stories and content to reflect the mission and interests of the brand
Ensure that the brand identity standards and plans are implemented consistently across all digital products
Work with our executive team and product teams to ensure information is continuously up to date
Contribute to the development of ongoing marketing campaigns
Monitor, interpret, and communicate website metrics and performance in partnership with CTO, Marketing Team and External Agency Partners as needed
Ensure overall quality and consistency of content across all digital platforms
Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience
Must be thorough, attentive to detail and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational, time management and communication (oral and written) skills
Must have a strong desire to learn and be a team player
Ability to work independently, with a team and with a variety of personalities
Salary based and commensurate to experience level.
