The Production Budget Coordinator will be a valued part of an already experienced team whose job it is to manage the company’s financial, accounting, and bookkeeping interests, specifically as they are related to the company’s live event productions.
Develop, track, adjust and present event production budgets
Handle all vendor and staff payments and invoicing
Work closely with finance and production teams to ensure accuracy
Review contracts and agreements for expense approvals
Special projects and budgets as requested
Accounting and event / hospitality experience preferred
Salesforce, Excel and Google Docs/Sheets experience required
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong presentation and communication skills

You are a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time role.
