Role

The Production Budget Coordinator will be a valued part of an already experienced team whose job it is to manage the company’s financial, accounting, and bookkeeping interests, specifically as they are related to the company’s live event productions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, track, adjust and present event production budgets

  • Handle all vendor and staff payments and invoicing

  • Work closely with finance and production teams to ensure accuracy

  • Review contracts and agreements for expense approvals

  • Special projects and budgets as requested

Skills

  • Accounting and event / hospitality experience preferred

  • Salesforce, Excel and Google Docs/Sheets experience required

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • You embody the ethos and culture of the community and are a collaborative and kind human being

  • You have exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail

  • You are a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type

This is a full-time role.

Compensation

Salary based and commensurate to experience level.
