ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working with the finance team, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and disbursements, and general oversight of all accounting processes and systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
Perform month-end and year-end close processes
Manage bookkeeper entries into accounts payable and receivable, expense reimbursements and allocations, coding expenses and revenue
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all departmental projects including invoice reconciliation, ACH payment processing, and invoice processing
Process payroll and monthly commission calculations and payments
Manage event ticket payments processing and field associated requests
Assist CFO with the preparation and review of cash flow forecasting and departmental budget documentation
SKILLS + REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-4 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills, especially Microsoft Excel
Experience with Salesforce, Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online

You are a self-starter who is able to work both independently and as part of a team

Salary based and commensurate to experience level.
