Role

The Accounting Clerk will be a valued part of an already experienced team whose job it is to manage the company’s financial, accounting and bookkeeping interests. This role is a part-time role, and requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per month to execute the responsibilities outlined below.

Responsibilities

  • Run monthly sales team commissions

  • Maintain accurate database of employee commission terms

  • Perform regular audit of Salesforce account ownership status

  • Special projects as requested

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping experience preferred but not necessary

  • Experience using Salesforce/CRM preferred, experience using Excel and Google Docs/Sheets is a must

  • You embody the ethos and culture of the community and are a collaborative and kind human being

  • You have exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail

  • You are a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

Hourly, based and commensurate to experience level.
