Salesforce Administrator

Summit Group Endeavors (SGE) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator, a data specialist who will be responsible for managing customer data and accounts in Salesforce and fielding both internal and external requests related to this data.

About the Role + Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of account records and all associated data, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Field internal requests for information and data across departments

  • Field external customer service requests from community members related to their accounts, purchases, registrations, etc. 

  • Generate marketing, finance, sales, ticketing, and additional reports as necessary

  • Facilitate event ticketing and registration, including product creation and inventory management in Salesforce, credit/cancellation processing, and attendee/staff/talent registration

  • Oversee CRM process management and train employees across organizations on proper workflow 

  • Work with team members to integrate and assist with the build-out of any event-specific programmatic data into Salesforce

  • 3+ years in Salesforce experience is a must. 

  • Experience in the high-end event industry is not required, but it is a plus.

  • You have exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

  • You are a self-starter who is able to work both independently and as part of a team.
